Leadership is more than knowing what should happen. It’s understanding what it takes to make things happen.
LaKeisha G. Brown brings a practitioner’s perspective to leadership development, organizational performance, and risk management. Her career spans human resources, workforce development, organizational improvement, safety, and operational leadership.
Her experience includes leading multidisciplinary teams, developing workforce capabilities, strengthening organizational practices, and navigating complex challenges involving people, performance, and organizational risk.
Complementing her professional experience, LaKeisha is pursuing a Juris Master in Employment and Risk Law at Florida State University, deepening her understanding of the employment and regulatory considerations that influence organizational decisions.
She founded The Learning Leader, LLC to help individuals and organizations move beyond theory toward practical, sustainable solutions. Her approach combines strategic thinking with real-world insight, helping clients identify what matters, address underlying challenges, and move forward with purpose.
